Soway provides sensors suitable for commercial vehicles

Nowadays automotive electronic control systems require sensors which can work reliably in harsh environments. Soway is a company that provide innovative solutions to help customers making concepts into a safer and more interactive connected products. The cars can sense and respond to the changing conditions inside and outside the car. However, a safely and efficiently transportation needs data informations. Soway collecting these informations for sensors to improve this. Soway can support the customized products, which can meet the practical applications (such as engines, clutches, and braking systems).

Soway car sensors conbination:

1. Position sensors: A series of position sensors are suitable for detecting the position of fuel tank caps, skylights, actuators and cylinders. Airtight sensors are used for detecting the lifting of dump trucks and the opening or closing of the lid;

2. Load sensors: load sensors are used for load detecting of trucks, dump trucks and mixer trucks.

3. Speed sensor: a forward and reverse sensor detects the direction and speed of the cement tank of a mixer truck; a speed sensor inspect the speed of the gears of the engine and gearbox.

4. Clutch pedal sensor: they can be used in a variety of vehicle applications, such as a rotation sensor for detecting the position of the clutch pedal; a non-contact switch for the clutch master cylinder.

5. Liquid level measurement: capacitive oil level sensor and ultrasonic oil level sensor use for fuel tank fuel detection; capacitive liquid level sensor and float level switch are for coolant and brake fluid detection.

6. Engine and gearbox temperature sensor: they are used for detection of lubricating oil temperature and oil pressure in various automobile engines and gearboxes.

7. Fuel consumption sensor: an integrated fuel consumption meter is designed for detecting fuel consumption and working hours of trucks, excavators, and loaders.
