1. GPS monitoring of positive and negative sensor applications.

2. Sensor structure and principle

1.) Traditional positive and negative sensor: It works according to the principle of mutual repulsion of the same pole of the magnet and attraction of the different poles. When the polarity of the magnet and the sensor are opposite, the sensor generates a low level by the action of the internal related switches by the magnetic attraction. On the turntable of the car tank, three powerful magnets are installed according to the position ratio of 1:2:3, and the terminal judges the forward and reverse by detecting the length of time between the generated low levels.

2.) Soway's new GPS forward and reverse sensor independently developed by Shenzhen Xinwei Technology: It is monitored by the Hall principle. Only two magnets with mutually spaced magnetic poles are fixed on the shaft and wheel, and the sensor probe monitors the surface of the magnet's rotational speed arc. The sensor can output positive and negative signals and speed signals. Compared with traditional positive and negative speed sensors, it has the advantages of easy installation, no false alarms, and long life.

3. The installation steps of the positive and negative sensor

1.) Wiring installation: the positive and negative sensor also has four cables, which are red, black, blue, and white.

2.) Powerful magnet installation: The two magnets are arranged symmetrically, and the N-level of one magnet is facing the sensor, and the S-level of the other magnet is facing the sensor.

3.) Probe position: the monitoring surface of the sensor probe faces the arc of the magnet.



4. Sensor fixing requirements

1.) The probe of the sensor should be directly at the center of the magnet;

2.) The distance between the surface of the sensor probe and the surface of the magnet is about 1cm;
